Where do You Stand on the Supreme Court and Judges?

View Notes

In this video, Pastor George Pearsons, from Eagle Mountain International Church and Kenneth Copeland Ministries, explains the importance of the Christian vote and its impact on Supreme Court judges. Charged with interpreting the Constitution, the Supreme Court is the highest court in the nation and rules on the most influential moral issues of the day, including traditional marriage, abortion and religious freedom. Those whom we choose to elect are given the power to determine the Supreme Court and judges. Whether we consider ourselves connected to their selection or not, does not reduce the influence of our vote. The court will reflect the platform of the party with the greatest control in the other two branches.

Democrats applaud same-sex marriage and wish to appoint judges who will promote and protect the perversion of marriage and legalized abortion. Both are contrary to the Word of God. Republicans support traditional family values and the sanctity of human life. An election is about much more than one person. It is about what will happen to the Supreme Court and judges, and ultimately this nation. God has standards where judges are concerned.

You have a say in your government—which is a blessing from the Lord. But when you don’t vote, you vote by default. Your vote is your God-given responsibility, and it will produce your future environment. Don’t neglect this right—and don’t neglect to make the Bible your one and only guide in determining how to vote.
